Far UVC 222nm Disinfection Tunnel

Solution Description

This Far UVC Disinfection Tunnel has incorporated the latest in 222nm Ultraviolet-C Excimer Lamp technology which uses the formation of excited dimers (excimers). The excimers spontaneously transit from the excited state to the ground state result in the emission of UV-photons at the desired wavelength.
Arrival object shall pass through the tunnel at a max. speed of 0.7m/s carried by the existing conveyor system. Inside the tunnel, there are separate modules of FAR-UVC 222nm lamp modules with a combined capacity that enables the system to kill >99% of SARS-CoV-2 virus on the surface of the items passing through the gantry in 2 seconds. We are able to support product customization according to its own layout and system.
