Use Case

1) Data Crawling and Aggregation with Microsoft Fabric Using Microsoft Fabric’s Data Factory and OneLake, the system continuously crawls and ingests structured and unstructured data from these sources. It applies AI-powered data classification and metadata tagging to organize the information into a centralized, searchable lakehouse. This enables real-time surveillance of disease outbreaks, vaccination trends, and public sentiment, allowing health officials to respond proactively.

2) Multidimensional Big Data Analysis with Fabric Microsoft Fabric stores this data in Delta format, enabling high-performance querying across dimensions such as time, location, and vehicle type. Synapse Real-Time Analytics then processes this data to identify congestion patterns, correlate them with weather and construction schedules, and simulate the impact of policy changes. This supports dynamic traffic management and long-term infrastructure planning.

3) Predictive Modeling with AI Foundry AI Foundry allows data scientists and analysts to build and deploy predictive models using historical data, these models simulate various policy scenarios and predict the future impact on difference aspects. The models are version-controlled and continuously retrained with new data, ensuring accuracy and adaptability.

4) Anomaly Detection and Risk Scoring These models analyze historical patterns to flag suspicious behavior, such as sudden income spikes or inconsistent deductions.
