The Digital Policy Office (DPO), Hong Kong Cyberport, the Hong Kong Productivity Council, and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation jointly organise a series of technology forums for industry players to share their innovative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and success stories, and how such solutions can help enhance the quality of public services.
The upcoming AI+ Civil Services Technology Forum Series (1), themed on Smart Governance Era - Digital Agents & Smart Meetings for Efficiency, will be held in hybrid mode. Expert speakers will share their insights into leveraging AI technologies to optimise workplace management , as well as practical implementation experiences. Moreover, participants will have the opportunity to network with the experts, exchange ideas, and explore innovative solutions that can achieve high standard service delivery.
