We have generated many information in both hard copy and electronic copy in our daily operation. For easy storage, hard copy information is transformed into electronic copy and stored in different systems in the department's intranet. Those information may be structured or non-structured information storing in different file formats (jpg, doc, xls, ppt, dwg, pdf {with or without OCR}, etc.). In this connection, it is very difficult to search a document from the huge number of documents in the intranet.
