Solution Description
Smart Washroom Intro: Leveraging IoT, big data and cloud computing, the solution collects real-time data from sensors which are processed by edge computing nodes and analyzed by big data in the cloud.
It also integrates facial recognition, voice interaction and business intelligence to create a green, humanistic, intelligent and thus improved washroom experience.
The solution aims at smart management and operation of washrooms as part of the national strategy.
Our Public Washroom Cleaning management solution provides a Next-Generation approach to toilet cleaning, with real-time monitoring of toilet facilities via different kind of sensors embedded around the toilet. Can also Provide useful customer feedback, monitoring everything from Air quality, Wetness levels, Roll Paper Dispenser, Soap Dispenser to how many times the toilet has been used,.
The system uses AI-assisted processes to evaluate and rate toilet cleanliness, then trigger alert to cleaners of issues, so they can be resolved quickly and efficiently without delay. Using ML &AI technology, the collected data allows the AI to learn the usage patterns of the facility and based on this, propose manpower requirements, required consumables inventories, to optimize its management and make dramatic time and cost savings, while improving the overall customer experience.

The SmarToilets® washroom acquires basic intelligence including real-time sensing, precise judgment and execution from the integration of technologies such as IoT, big data, cloud computing and sensors. It solved issues of conventional washrooms such as poor odor control, lack of system coordination, high water and energy consumption, high labor cost and poor maintenance quality. It is able to provide humanistic, superb and comfortable services to people in smart cities, tourist attractions and rest areas.
1) Visitors & Civilians: Offer clean and sterile washroom services through visual display of public washroom locations, their clean indexes, usage statistics and direction/route to the washrooms on the map
2) Cleaning & Maintenance: a）Manage People, time cards and shift. b)Manage equipment maintenance, consumable inventory balances and replenishments c) Offer direct and effective reminders to clean washrooms with clear service rules and frequencies.
