Wireless Charging at a Distant with Multi Power Rating
Idea solution of wireless charging at a distance and in multi-power ratings - The technology principle is based on magnetic field performance to do wireless charging. Its range of power rating can be varied accordingly to design solutions and its principle can allow the max power rating from 20/30W to 2,400W and beyond (to like application of EV). Our current design direction can fit those applications such as intelligent lawn mower, E-bike, E-scooter, AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots), AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle), Automated Robots for different functions such as sterilization, mobile platform for robotic arm, delivery robot, etc.
Currently we have set of Proof-Of-Concept Prototype (Beneath Charging for E-bike application) – including Power Transferring Unit, Power Receiving Unit, Adapter, Battery pack and Demo APP. Their general requirements:
Reference Battery: 48V / 13 AH / 1000W
Reference Adapter: 56V
Power Output: 150W
Distance between PTU & PRU: 14cm max
Normal Charging Efficiency: 68%-70%
