Use Case
The system can save time of users in recording and analysing large amounts of scanned softcopies (or hardcopies) of various forms or documents:
(1) Use Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Computer Vision (CV) and other Artificial Intelligent (AI) technologies to recognise contents in scanned documents and intelligently correct errors.
(2) It supports mixed languages, mixed modes (printed and handwritten), and corrects spelling and arithmetic errors.
(3) Users can query, analyse and manage the parsed data according to their access right.
(4) It is an on-premises isolation system with no Internet connection to ensure data security.
