Solution Description

The first VR Property Management Training Platform in Hong Kong allows professionals in the property management industry to become familiar with standard operating procedures. It also enables them to revise and enhance their technical knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and safety in a realistic simulated environment. Currently, it offers over 15 units for learning, including:

・Security work: Patrol training, general tailgate loading and unloading of goods, slip and fall prevention, and manual handling.

・Emergency response: Fire extinguishers, fire evacuation.

・Machinery operation: Hinge scissor working platform, aluminum scaffold, and light working platform.

This platform enables workers to safely simulate high-risk work processes and procedures. It provides standardised training courses to ensure learning quality, enhance workers’ awareness of the workplace, and allow training anytime, anywhere, without occupying large physical spaces.

・緊急應變：滅火筒、火警逃生

・機械操作：鉸剪式電動升降台、金屬棚架、功夫櫈

讓工人可以在安全的情況下，進行模擬高風險的工作流程和程序培訓。並提供標準化的培訓課程，以確保學習質素，提高工人對工作場所的警覺性，隨時隨地不佔大範圍空間地進行培訓。
