We are looking for possible provision of automatic bicycle parking facilities in new development area (NDA) for leisure and recreation use by the public with the following functions:
- real-time parking information (e.g. parking space availability, location, etc);
- solution to control prolonged parking (e.g. impose penalty on those bicycles being idled for 24 hours)
- compatible with current Government’s app
