Live Captioning and Translation Service for Public Speaking / Events
The department is looking for live captioning technology that can convert speech into text and display on the screen for audience reference. With real-time translation service, audience with different language preference can read the caption in their preferred languages for better communication without human interpreter arranged on site.

It is expected that live captioning technology with real-time translation in multiple languages (e.g. Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai, other Southeast Asian languages etc.) could be provided with accuracy rate over 85%. The delay of live captioning should be less than 1 second.
