There are several challenges hindering government entities to adopt GenAI solutions that include but not limited to hallucination and inaccuracy, model explainability and interpretability, data privacy and security, cost to scale, etc. Beyond Limits developed its GenAI Platform while addressing those challenges through providing a solution that delivers on several technical features such as: • privately hosted to eliminate security and data threats • multi large language model (LLM) enabled to support complex enterprise use cases • reusable set of tools and robust API to build and deploy digital assistants • optimized fit-to-need infrastructure to lower cost to scale • reduced reliance on costly commercial models through use of open-source LLMs • aligned with enterprises and government entities with strict data requirements The Beyond Limits’ GenAI Platform includes two main offerings: Beyond Search and LLM Ops.

About Beyond Search Beyond Search (referred to hereinafter as “Intelligent Assistant”) is a no-code graphical user interface (GUI) that enables users to interact with the platform in two key modes: (1) Knowledge Hub: a retrieval augmented generation (RAG) based mode that enables users, teams and groups to better manage their enterprise knowledge and retrieve accurate and relevant information from pre-indexed knowledge repositories (2) Productivity: a mode that provides users the opportunity to take an advantage of LLMs to make their daily work activities more productive, but doing so in a secure and compliant fashion in adherence to government entities’ security requirements Beyond Search offers a multitude of features that include but not limited to: • Semantic search to understand the meaning and context of information • Response grounding that provides references to the source documents • Data capture and extraction and from various digital documents and online sources • Enhanced optical character recognition (OCR) for scanned documents • Role-based access control that defines document or index access level • User friendly no-code index management portal with flexible categorization • No-code data source management from local files, cloud storage and websites • Comprehensive API documentation for seamless integration with other systems • Flexible multi LLM management and model configuration • No-code administration panel to monitor user activities • Multi-tenant management to support multiple instances • English and Arabic bi-lingual supportAbout LLM Ops LLM Ops (referred to hereinafter as “Data Science Suite”) is an interface for advanced operations that provides a command line developer experience for distributed computing data curation, model fine-tuning and serving.
