The department is exploring solutions to integrate chatbot in website, mobile app and/or hotline system to handle enquiries and collect information for follow-up actions. The chatbot can also support multimedia attachments and instant messaging; Secondly, to provide internet communication such as internet calls in addition to telephone line in the hotline system.
