        • Processing business needs of government bureaux/departments;
        • Publishing on Internet and Government Intranet as information sharing;
        • Recording and preparing statistics; and
        • Facilitating communication among government bureaux/departments and I&T service providers.

        2. Transfer of Data

        The personal data provided by means of this form may be disclosed to other government bureaux/departments and I&T service providers.

        3. Access to Personal Data

        Subject to exemptions under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to or correction of personal data provided. Such request should be sent to the email address: smartlab@digitalpolicy.gov.hk.

        4. Enquiries

        Enquiries concerning the personal data provided, including the making of access and corrections, should be addressed to the Smart Government Innovation Lab by either of the following means:
