Blue Sky provides professional and comprehensive IoT solutions for high performance buildings. Our scopes include energy management, indoor and outdoor air quality, air flow and water leakage detection. We deploy different kinds of smart sensors and provide training workshops to conglomerates, corporates, academia and non-profit organizations to acknowledge users of their real-time building performance.

First, building data is collected by smart sensors and analysed real-time by our AI model which has been proven to provide accurate predictions. It dynamically accounts for the influencing factors, e.g. temperature, humidity and seasonality to predict future performance. Second, our software visualizes real-time building data with granular zoning through easy-to-understand and quantifiable metrics. Third, facilitated by customized notifications, training workshops and use of automation, we further suggest actionable steps to optimize building performance.
