Aura Labs is a Property Technology (PropTech) company dedicated to driving digital transformation in the real estate industry. Our mission is to help Commercial Real Estate (CRE) enterprises unlock new value from their property assets through data. SeerOS, a building operating system that seamlessly integrates building data and systems onto a unified platform for control, automation, data disclosure, and management. SeerOS leverages data inherent to any built environment to create a domain Artificial Intelligence (AI) that evolves how buildings are managed now and in the future. By leveraging SeerOS, our clients have achieved remarkable results, including substantial energy savings (up to 8-25% in costs and emissions), streamlined operational processes (with facility management workflows reduced by up to 28%), and much more.


The core technology of SeerOS lies in the foundational integration of building systems and the processing of building data to produce a digital twin of a property for management and operations. We then leverage AI and machine learning to take advantage of these modelled information. A key use case is that SeerOS can connect with the Building Management System (BMS) of a building to enable granular Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and lighting control. SeerOS combines control with a sensory network of IoT presence sensors to achieve energy savings. (e.g., lowering air volume when occupancy is low, or switching off lights when workspaces or rooms are not in use). On top of automation, we can also help capture valuable insights. SeerOS can help operators understand occupancy in real-time, average energy consumption, peak hours and much more. This is all presented in an intuitive interface for tenant to control their workspace environment and an operational portal for facility managers to maintain building space more effectively.


Our solutions have been deployed at over 20 properties in 7 global cities, with more than 5 million square feet covered. Some of our key accounts include Tencent, Taopu AI Park, Nan Fung Group and more.
